"To Outrun the Grey Cloud" is a project to:

1. introduce new/obscure passionate writers/poets/comic artists in Malaysia. 
2. a stepping stone to introduce these talents. The fund provided will be used for printing and promoting the fanzine.

It is a fanzine and it will stay that way. The fanzine will not pay any of these talents with real moneys instead they will be given full right to xerox, and sell the fanzine themselves. They are also permitted to customize/personalize the cover of the fanzine( We are hoping they will come up with their own personalised cover! It'll be a collector item)

To Outrun The Grey Cloud is opened for suggestion. We accept help in any form available.

Budget Breakdown:

1. RM 1500 will be used for printing 100 copies of fanzine

• 50 pages (black and white insert)
• Colour front cover
• art paper 128 gsm

2. RM 500 will be used for poster, bookmarks ad facebook promotion

The printed fanzine will be distributed evenly to the contributing writers and artist as a mean of payment.

The obstacles are:

1. Exposure

Every talent needs exposure and audience. there are not enough platform to introduce/inform the public the existence of the fanzine.

Plan

1. There are multiples supporting group in social network group such as Facebook and Instagram. The groups will be used to promote the fanzine.
